What happens next? Homecare support, live in and healthcare for elderly or disabled in Hampshire, Surrey and Sussex.
On the phone (or via email to enquiries@homehelpuk.co.uk)
We will discuss with you what help and home care support you (or the person you are ringing about) might want. We will be able to give you some answers immediately about
what we can do, and how soon we can start.
It will be useful for us to know a little about your current situation (for example whether you walk unaided, or if there are recent medical considerations), and if anyone else is helping you at the moment.

At the first meeting to plan the homecare support
If you feel that we can help, we will come and discuss in more detail what we can do. It is helpful to meet and see what you need; we may be able to offer advice about
equipment that may be useful, and help to plan how much help and homecare support you might need, from a
visit a week, to as much as you want.
Anything that is agreed can be changed, as soon as you want. If you have just come home
from hospital, you may need more help at first, and then less as you settle back into your
normal routine. Or you may feel that you need more than you first thought.
At each visit
Your helper will quickly learn what you want doing, and how you like things. If you are
dissatisfied in any way, please do not hesitate to contact us on the telephone number that
is in the information pack that we provide.
Reviewing how the homecare support is going
We like to meet with you every few months, just to check that you are happy with what we
are doing. But you (or your relatives, with your agreement) can contact us at any time to
discuss the help we provide. We always want to know that what we are doing is what
you want, and any comments or concerns will only help us to do our job better.
